Circular.
Hillsborough, Jany. 17th, 1783.
Sirs:
You will be pleased to take notice, that unless a return be made of the taxable property in your County to the Assembly at their next Session on the first of April, that the Attorney General will receive directions to carry a prosecution against you for the penalty incurred by such neglect.
