Dodge of $300 per acre to avoid litigation even though 19 members of the Little Switzerland Community believed $500 per acre was more fair. There are two pages of this letter.
Commentary Clarkson appears to using a passive aggressive tactic by attaching the names of 19 members of the Little Switzerland Community who believed $500 per acre was more fair (this list was not included in folder). Box 11.
