Description Responding to Clarkson's letters of Aug. 24 and Aug. 30, 1937. Acknowledges that access to Blands Knob will be obliterated but Noah Gap road will be kept open and access to lots fronting the parkway will still be available through Bubose Ave, Ridge Rd. and Osborne Rd. Continued access to Kilmichael Tower is still under consideration. The letter also lists revised acreage taken in right-of-way from land owned by the Switzerland Company, Mary O. Clarkson, Francis O. Clarkson, and Heriot Clarkson.
