Present.
The King's most Excellent Majesty in Council.

Whereas &c it is hereby ordered that the said Sir Nathaniel Duckenfield Baronet and Marmaduke Jones Esquire be constituted and appointed Members of his Majesty's said Council in North Carolina &c.
