On motion of Mr Badger
Resolved
That a copy of the annual Report of the Treasurer be communicated by the President of the Board to the present General Assembly.
On motion of Dr Caldwell
Resolved
That Mr Yancey, Mr Badger, & Mr Moore be appointed a Committee to prepare and present to the Legislature a Bill prohibiting the distillery or retailing of spirituous liquors at or near Chapel Hill & prohibiting the Merchants of said Village from trading with the Students.

Board adjourned.
